Normal business hours are 9am - 5pm PDT Monday through Friday. We can always be reached by email, though, and we will respond to it any day of the week. |
How we ship to you: |
We provide 1 standard option for delivery. We [carefully] roll up the artwork and [carefully] ship
in a professional art-mailing tube. You will receive your giclee via UPS or the Postal Service
- insured - in about 2 to 3 weeks.
We will, if requested, arrange to have your giclee stretched over stretcher bars and delivered to you that way. Be aware, however, that we will pass on our stretching costs as well as the extra shipping charges. At least one extra week and maybe two will also be required. It may be more advantageous to you to arrange this process yourself. |
Our return policy: |
Damaged giclees may be returned for replacement at no cost to you. Except for this instance, we prefer not to accept returns. However if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for reasons other than damage, please contact us by phone or email and we will attempt to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. |
